Lily of the Valley

The May birth flower; A symbol of purity, joy, love, sincerity, and luck; the national flower of Finland.

On 1st of May for La Fête du Muguet (Festival of Lily of the Valley), little girls gift lily of the valleys to their friends as a symbolic gesture of friendship.

All product photos are taken in natural lighting to emphasize the color of the paper in the artwork. Glare, shadows, and reflections on glass are normal and expected in photos taken in natural light.

All cut paper work is made by hand and is one-of-a-kind unique. Time invested in drawing the image, selecting paper colors, hand-cutting each piece, assembling, and gluing: 7 hours.
